the process of cutting and de-fabricating cloth on a human form, as yoko ono did in her performance from the 60’s called “cut piece”, can be¬†quite liberating for both the participant and the subject. an allusive and freeing experience. sometimes it’s nice to look at the concept of design in this light. just a thought. -april
